Lifetime Warranty

We stand by each and every one of our WindshieldWOW! devices with a lifetime warranty!* If your product breaks or otherwise become defective, we will repair or replace your product at no charge, for as long a you own your WindshieldWow!


To be eligible for a warranty replacement, your damaged/malfunctional item must be returned to us as is. You must include all damaged pieces. Do not remove any parts or your warranty will be voided. 


To start a warranty claim , contact us using the Warranty Form.  Simply tell us what is broken and we will immediately send out a replacement part or instructions on how to return the product for repair.

*Note: The Windshield WOW! device is only included in our lifetime warranty. The Windshield WOW! device consists of the two magnetic cleaning paddles. All accessories, spare part items, and other items including but not limited to all microfiber cloths, the Home Window Kit, the extension arm, and any other accessories are not covered by our lifetime warranty or returns.  

 Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and occasionally Fedex Ground.  All of our shipments are done with courier tracking to provide reliable shipment status and determine if and when your package is delivered by the courier to the address you provide upon ordering.  We do not require signature release.  If a package is not delivered to you and the tracking of the package also confirms it is not delivered yet, then we will file a claim for you with the courier if it is evident the package is lost.  However, if the tracking of your package shows the courier has delivered the package to your address, we are no longer responsible for your package; it is assumed that you physically received your product when the tracking shows it has been delivered.  We are not responsible for packages stolen from your premises or misdelivered by the courier to another address by mistake.  You however may file a claim with the appropriate courier and we will support you in this effort; however, we will not be responsible for sending out additional product simply because you claim you never received it, despite the courier tracking showing it has been delivered to your address.

We will accept returns for the WindshieldWOW! Pro Set and Basic Set purchases ONLY within 30 Days of Delivery of your order under the following return situations: 

Unused Product:  Product that is new, unused, and unopened is eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.  You must request a refund by filling out our online Return Request Form here.  Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide a return address. We will refund your purchase price (less the 10% restocking fee) once we receive the product and verify it has been unused and unopened.  If you stated to us that the product is unused and unopened but our inspection of the product when received shows that the product is in fact in a used and opened condition, we will deduct a product return fee of 40% from your refunded amount. NOTE: If your product was originally shipped by us to you for free, we may also subtract a $12 shipping fee in addition to the return fee.   Click here for the Online Return Request Form

Used Product (1-30 days after Receipt):  

Your  used product may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price within  30 days from product delivery (as dictated by package tracking) if the product is not compatible with your passenger vehicle relevant to the below compatibility guarantee that we advertise on our product listings:

"We guarantee the WindshieldWow!'s magnetic cleaning paddles, if used in accordance with our Use Instructions, to be fully compatible with your passenger vehicle's front and rear windshield glass and will provide consistent and firm pressure on your windshield without falling off while being pushed and pulled across the windshield glass as you clean your windshield glass.

If the WindshieldWow! magnetic paddle's are not compatible with your vehicle, send us a video of the paddles falling off during use and we will provide a full refund of your purchase price provided the video shows you using the product in accordance with our use instructions." 

Refunds are excluded for any and all reasons not relevant to the above guarantee including, but not limited to the following use disclosures we provided in the product listing prior to your purchase:

  1. This Product is not for the elderly or those with weak upper bodies not capable of pushing/pulling approximately 4-6 lbs of force.  The WindshieldWow! paddles apply up to 15 lbs of clamping force so it takes about 4-6 lbs of force to move them across.  For some people this can be a work out!  
  2. Product is not for Home Window Use.  The paddles will not adhere to most home windows. This product is designed exclusively for vehicle windshield (front and rear) glass.
  3. Contains strong magnets, not for individuals with pacemakers.
  4. Requires proper glass cleaning techniques to be used to achieve perfect streak free results.  Consult our Use Instructions to ensure great cleaning results. We do not warrant the cleaning results achieved with this product.
  5. Magnetic paddles will separate if the inside paddle hits the dash, pillars, mirror mount or other object attached to the inside glass.  

 You can request a refund by filling out our form and submitting a video showing the product is not compatible with your passenger vehicle via our online Return Request Form here.  Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide a return address.  We will refund your purchase price once we verify the vehicle incompatibly with the product.   Click here for the Online Return Request Form


Used Product (> 30 days after receipt):  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt of your product.  If you are having a problem using the product, send us a video and we will be glad to help resolve your use issues.

 


Note: No returns will be granted for accessories, cloths, other add-on items. Products used outside of its intended purpose (i.e. other window & glass usage) will not be granted a return. This product is only intended for vehicle windshields.

 

 


Warranty Replacement

 If your product is damaged (for any reason) and you desire it to be repaired or replaced, we will repair and/or replace your product for free, for as long as you own the product, no questions asked.  You are responsible for shipping your product to us and for the return shipping back to you for all warranty repairs/replacement. NOTE: Warranty replacement does not include used Microfiber cleaning cloths.

We will give you further instructions within 24-48 hours on where to ship the product.  You will be responsible for return shipment.  We will not issue any return shipping labels.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
