Warranty Claim

We stand behind the Windshield WOW! device with a lifetime warranty!*

If your product breaks or otherwise becomes defective, we will repair or replace your product at no charge, for as long as you own your WindshieldWOW!

To be eligible for a warranty replacement, your damaged/malfunctioning item must be returned to us as-is. You must include all damaged pieces. Do not remove any parts or your warranty will be voided. 

 *Note: The Windshield WOW! device is only included in our lifetime warranty. The Windshield WOW! device consists of the two magnetic cleaning paddles. All accessories, spare part items, and other items including but not limited to all microfiber cloths, the Home Window Kit, the extension arm, and any other accessories are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
